This week marks the start of a new repowering project in Eastern Germany.
At a solar park with a total of 25,000 modules, dismantling work has begun. Over the coming weeks, the modules will be carefully removed, tested, and prepared for their next deployment.
From Dismantling to Reuse
After dismantling, the modules go through our standardized inspection process: visual checks, performance testing, and quality grading.
This ensures that used technology continues to generate reliable, clean energy – at new sites, in new projects, and often in regions where access to electricity is still far from guaranteed.
Sustainability That Delivers Impact
Instead of recycling valuable resources prematurely, our second-life approach extends the lifespan of high-quality photovoltaic modules.
This reduces CO₂ emissions, conserves materials, and creates new opportunities for clean energy around the world.
Experience Meets Efficiency
With our experience from large-scale dismantling projects, scalable logistics, and transparent quality processes, we cover the entire value chain – from deinstallation and technical testing to global distribution.
A Further Step Toward Circularity
The project in Eastern Germany exemplifies our commitment to a circular energy transition: technology that has already been produced remains in use – efficient, resource-saving, and socially impactful.
With every module that gets a second life, we not only extend the use of valuable resources but also deliver renewable energy to where it’s needed most.
