TrippleZ GmbH specialises in the repowering of solar parks and the recycling and disposal of used solar modules.
This includes the deinstallation of modules that have been in operation for 8 to 10 years, their transport-friendly packaging on pallets directly at the solar park and subsequent transport to our warehouse in Hilden.
We then subject the solar modules to an inspection to ensure their functionality and quality. Suitable modules are prepared for reuse and included in our SecondLife programme, while defective or no longer efficient modules are disposed of in an environmentally friendly and professional manner. This process reflects our commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency and helps to extend the life cycle of solar modules.
About Us
In Hilden, we have one of the largest transshipment points in Europe for used PV components. With an available storage area of approximately 5000 square meters and 9 loading ramps, we are able to load and unload several trucks per day with PV equipment and get our customers' goods on their way.
The biggest challenge in day-to-day business is undoubtedly the logistics and the large number of modules that we provide.

Repowering
During the dismantling of a solar park, TrippleZ GmbH selects which modules are suitable for recycling and which, in their view as a certified waste disposal company, can no longer be reintroduced into circulation.
Through recycling and enabling a second or third life for the solar modules, including avoiding scrapping, TrippleZ GmbH creates ecological sustainability.
